REFUND POLICY

NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES

At no point will C.MONIQUE COLLECTION accept any exchanges or issue any refund unless the mistake is on our behalf . Such as : we sent you the incorrect item or size.

Shipping fees will not be credited unless you are returning something due to a mistake by us.

Custom Garments are to never be returned unless advised to do so . Custom garments are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.


Did you receive the incorrect item?

If you received an incorrect or damaged item please contact us immediately to get a replacement sent out to you. Please note that you must contact us within 3 days after receipt to inform us that you received an incorrect or faulty item and return the incorrect or damaged item within 7 days.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please read the description of each garment to find out the inventory status. It will say in stock , or a processing time.

Processing time takes 14-28 business days to make, we start the processing time on the next business day. If you choose EXPRESS shipping for a garment that has a processing time the garment will ship EXPRESS (1day) when it is complete instead of PRIORITY (2-4 days).


Some shipping speeds are based on the shipping courier and your location.

We are not responsible for orders not arriving in time if the delay was because of the courier.


Please keep in mind shipping times may be extended due to COVID19

shipping and turnaround time for all CUSTOM MADE GARMENTS can be found in the description of each custom made item .

Please note, C.Monique Collection is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or the other shipping carriers we work with, especially during high volume seasons. Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times per the item description and preorder policy.

We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Our office, warehouse, and couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day. Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off on the day before, will be dispatched the following business day. Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high volume season to avoid disappointment. We will continue to provide the fastest turnaround time we can , however, we do appreciate your patience!

Items purchased on pre-order may take between 1-4 weeks to be delivered. Having a pre-order item amongst other items in your order will hold back the delivery for your ENTIRE order.

Lost Packages where tracking shows are delivered.
1. File Claim with USPS
2. File police report
3. Wait for USPS investigation results.

C.Monique Collection IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER IS ISSUED. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES. CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS IF ITEM NEEDS TO BE SENT BACK.
